Matt has created and driven successful video game and online titles for almost 20-years. A lifelong gamer, Matt started creating titles at Interplay’s Black Isle Studios before moving on to drive production at traditional game companies like Monolith, Pandemic, Epic, and Blizzard. Seeing the potential of both the online and free-to-play markets Matt ran the Dublin, Ireland, based studio of France Telecom’s European free-to-play business (GOA.com) and was the Studio Director at Bigpoint’s San Francisco studio. Matt has also been a founding member of two startups one to create remote teams of outsourced digital asset developers (Production Road) and another (Gametime Live) that built a play-along mobile & PC sports title. Matt brings his management, design, production, publishing, online, and free-to-play experience to Funium where we’re in the process of creating great new ways for families to learn, educate, share, securely-communicate, and enjoy time with one another.
